Terms of Service
By requesting a quote or using our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide professional window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, screen cleaning, and related exterior services across Chicagoland and surrounding Illinois counties. We are licensed and insured.
2. Quotes & pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for 30 days.
- If on-site conditions differ materially (extra windows, harder access, ladder > 28 ft, heavy debris) the price may be adjusted; we will notify you before starting.
- Visit minimum: $120 (window washing) / $125 (gutter cleaning).
- Travel fee may apply outside Tier 1 counties as published on the site.
3. Scheduling, weather, cancellations
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather (rain, lightning, < 32°F, ice, high winds) for crew safety. We will notify you and offer the next available slot.
- Customer cancellations < 24 h before the scheduled visit may incur a $40 dispatch fee.
- If our crew arrives and cannot perform the job due to access, pets, or other on-site issues outside our control, the visit minimum applies.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit card (Stripe), and Zelle. Recurring contracts may be invoiced monthly. Late invoices accrue 1.5% / month after 30 days.
5. Workmanship guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, notify us within 7 days and we will return to fix the issue at no charge. Guarantee does not cover hard-water spots, pre-existing scratches, paint overspray, or damage from prior installations that we point out before service.
6. Property & liability
- You authorize our crew to enter the premises and access roof, gutters, and ladders as needed.
- You are responsible for moving personal items, securing pets, and disclosing any cracked, loose, or fragile windows or screens before service.
- We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance per Illinois law. Certificates available on request.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage. Photographic documentation before service is part of our standard QA.
7. Photos & reviews
We take before/after photos for QA and insurance. We may use anonymized photos in marketing (no addresses, no people) unless you opt out in writing.
8. Communications
By providing your phone or email you authorize transactional communications about your service. SMS marketing requires separate express consent (see Privacy Policy, Section 3). Reply STOP at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County or DuPage County, Illinois.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance.
