Text Message (SMS) Program
Francis Multi Services LLC (“we”, “us”) sends text messages only to people who ask us for a quote or a service and agree to receive them. This page explains exactly how that works.
1. Who sends the messages
Francis Multi Services LLC — window washing, gutter cleaning and exterior cleaning in Chicagoland and surrounding Illinois counties.
Phone: (877) 417-8280 · Email: info@francismultiservicesllc.com · Website: francismultiservicesllc.com
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the consent box on our free-quote form at francismultiservicesllc.com/#contact. The box is not pre-checked, you can request a quote without checking it, and consent is not a condition of purchase. This is the exact text next to the box:

If a customer gives permission in person, our technician records it on the customer’s file and reads the same terms (message types, frequency, rates, STOP and HELP) before sending the first message.
3. What we send
- Confirmation of your quote request and a link to your personal customer portal.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders, and technician arrival (ETA) alerts.
- Quote, invoice and payment links, and payment reminders.
- Replies to messages you send us.
We do not send third-party advertising. Sample message:
4. How often
Message frequency varies with your request — usually between 1 and 6 messages per service visit.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages.
6. Opt out and help
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will get one confirmation message and no more messages after that.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (877) 417-8280, or email info@francismultiservicesllc.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We do not sell your personal information. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us deliver the service (for example Twilio, our messaging provider), solely to send your messages. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
