Privacy Policy
Francis Multi Services LLC (“Francis Multi Services,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable laws.
1. Information we collect
- Contact info you provide: name, phone, email, postal address, ZIP code.
- Job context: property type, number of stories, estimated number of windows, preferred service date, and any details you include in the request form.
- Quote calculator state: services and add-ons you selected.
- Photos: before/after job photos taken by our crew (geo-tagged for QA and insurance).
- Communications: SMS, calls, WhatsApp, email, web chat. Calls may be recorded; in Illinois, all parties are notified of recording (Illinois Eavesdropping Act, two-party consent).
- Technical: device, browser, IP, referrer, UTM tags, page interactions.
- Payment: processed by Stripe / Zelle. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare and send quotes, schedule and perform services.
- To send transactional notifications (appointment confirmations, ETAs, invoices, receipts).
- To send service reminders and marketing only if you have given express written consent (TCPA compliant).
- To improve service quality and train our crews.
- To comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
3. SMS / call consent (TCPA)
By checking the consent box on our quote form you authorize Francis Multi Services LLC to contact you by phone calls, SMS, or MMS at the number provided, including via auto-dialed and prerecorded technology, about your quote and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share only with:
- Subprocessors needed to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Twilio for SMS/calls, mail server, hosting).
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect against fraud or harm.
- Insurance / accountants to comply with workers comp and tax filings.
5. Data retention
We keep records for the period required by Illinois tax law (typically 7 years). Job photos may be retained for up to 5 years for QA and dispute defense. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
6. Security
We use TLS in transit, role-based access, audit logs, and encrypted backups. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify affected Illinois residents within 45 days, as required by PIPA (815 ILCS 530/10).
7. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to delete data, subject to legal retention.
- Opt-out of marketing — reply STOP to SMS or email info@francismultiservicesllc.com.
- CCPA (California residents) — right to know, delete, opt out of sale (we do not sell), and non-discrimination.
9. Cookies & tracking
We use minimal cookies for site functionality, plus optional analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to measure marketing performance. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work.
