Active Workers Comp
If a technician is injured on your property, you are NOT responsible. Our policy covers it (Workers Comp · per Illinois statute).

How to receive your Certificate of Insurance (COI)
For residential clients: if you are signing a contract, we send you the certificate before the first appointment. For HOAs, multi-unit, or commercial properties: the COI is included as part of the quote with your name/address listed as certificate holder.

What does our coverage cover?
- Accidental property damage — if a technician breaks something during service, it is covered.
- Third-party injuries — if someone is hurt due to our work.
- Team workplace accidents — workers comp protects the client from employee claims.
- Photo documentation — we document pre-existing defects before touching.
What it does NOT cover?
- Pre-existing defects (cracked seals before we start, already photo-documented at the beginning).
- Accidental damage not reported within 24h — we need the opportunity to inspect immediately.
- Damage caused by third parties on your property while we are there (other contractors, vandalism, extreme weather).
